Services
All Export Centres and Business Information Points offer a basic suite of services that are standard wherever you are in the island. In addition to these services, different locations may offer customized value-added options.
How To Access These Services?
Persons can access these services in various ways. It is possible via:
- Website & Internet – each office has desktop computers that allow clients FREE access to the host or central EC/BIP website and 24 hour access is always possible from the home or business place. Additional Internet specific services such as viewing pod casts, checking e-mail and web surfing are provided at a minimum cost.
- Walk-in or by Appointment – clients can walk-in and speak to trained and certified customer service agents to obtain guidance on business related matters. Appointments can be made prior to arrival to alleviate the possibility of delays.
- Telephone – The programme is scheduled to have a toll-free number along with an Interactive Voice Response service that facilitates free access to the same information that is available on the central website.
- Printed material – in addition to direct consultations, a series of printed material such as brochures and leaflets will serve as a source of pertinent business information and are available to walk-in customers upon request.
